One professional skill I am very good at is: Conceptual design and planning activities
My favorite way of furthering our profession is: The continual delivery of professional services and participation in ASID events.
The biggest challenges facing me as a designer today are: Delivering projects with limited budgets on aggressive schedules
The best piece of advice I can give an aspiring designer is: Learn how to budget your time and match your efforts to the job.
My favorite thing to eat for breakfast when no one is looking is: Capt'n Crunch with chocolate milk.
The last movie I saw that was terrific was: A Walk on the Moon
My most irrational act was: becoming a union carpenter...lasted 1 week.
My secret vice is: Pastries!
My strongest personality trait is: Being able to see the positive side of any situation.
A memorable experience is: A trip to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

Kalamazoo Symphony Designer's Showcase
The Historic Gilmore Family Home
516 West South Street, Kalamazoo

The house is located in the historic district of Kalamazoo.  It is a lovely Tudor house built in the early 1900s.  The home is filled with architectural detail, warm woodwork, wood floors, leaded glass windows and six fireplaces.

Showhouse Update

The Detroit Historical Society and ASID is partnering on a Y2K showhouse for the Fall of 2000.  Anyone who is interested in this showhouse should contact either the ASID office or Roy Hankis, ASID at 248-641-7422.
